Douglas Hale
Vice President of Development

Mr. Hale has over twenty-five years of real estate experience in contracting, consulting, land acquisition, land lease marketing, contract negotiations, and development. His responsibilities include due diligence, entitlements, and environmental remediation efforts. He also directs design development, construction management, as well as site work and construction activities. Mr. Alpert oversees day-to-day property operations, in-house leasing, construction management, budgeting, reviewing and negotiating annual contracts. He also acts as owner's liaison to condominium and homeowners associations. [full bio]

Carlos Bonner, as a consultant to The Maven Group, is the managing member of Brio Partners, LLC a full service real estate development and asset management company. With more than ten years of extensive commercial real estate experience, Mr. Bonner has led the development, acquisition, management and financing of approximately $500 million of completed commercial real estate assets.
