Sportsplex Joint Ventures - Went into effect on July 8, 2008 as an agreement between its affiliate partners, the Sportsplex Management Group, LLC and The Maven Group, LLC. Doing business under the name Sportsplex Development and Operations Group, Sportsplex Joint Ventures specializes in establishing overall uniform brand identity and operational quality standards for both the existing sportsplex facilities and the development of new sportsplex facilities. As of now, the sportsplex facilities that have been developed and open for operation are Rockville Ice Rink (Rockville, MD), Metuchen Sportsplex (Metuchen, NJ) and Warminster Sportsplex (Warminster, PA).
